Summer is fast approaching and some of you may have planned beach trips but if you want a unique and exhilarating adventure, a trip to Asik-asik is definitely not worth a miss.
How to get there:
Option
1️⃣: (Commute)
Go to Midsayap or Libungan in Cotabato via bus or van, take a jeepney to Alamada proper then rent a habal2x to the jump off point. You may also hire habal2x from Midsayap or Libungan to the jump off point or cut trips to Alamada. (Price ranges from 300-500 depending on your haggling skills)

💡Good to Knows: 1️⃣ It is best to visit Asik-asik falls early in the morning to avoid the scorching hot sun as you have to pass through 700+ steps (pama-ol pa more.. hehe). Be prepared with water and anything that can protect you from the heat of the sun. 
😂2️⃣ The road to Asik-asik is not yet paved, prepare for a butt-numbing ride for around an hour.
3️⃣ Be one with nature, no cottages and there are a few boulders and dead trees along the way that serves as bridges to cross the river banks. 
4️⃣ If you have not brought anything for breakfast, Try Pastil (not the Pastel in Camiguin) sold at the jump off point (rice topped with chicken strips wrapped in banana leaf for only ₱10)
5️⃣ Lastly, observe CLAYGO at all times. We need the area preserved for our future generation. Enjoy! 👍
